The CRL Chairman is appointed annually among its members, under a rotation principle; the other members of the CRL designate the Chairperson.

Currently, the group of representatives of Confederations Employers chairs the CRL.

Nuno Bernardo was elected at a plenary meeting held on 13th december 2023.
